In 2002 Résidence en Aquitaine started off.
Born of an obvious demand for guiding services and assistance from the market
of foreigners who
- own a second home or want to buy one in the Southwest of France
- want to start a new life and stay permanently in Aquitaine.
After an initial demand for assistance by private persons, retired or still active, it was soon followed by a
demand from the business market.

Practical, personal supervision, tailor-made advice and selected information. All based on a large
experience and an excellent knowledge of french, english and dutch language, of the Aquitaine region, its
culture and administrative formalities are the keywords for this service.

Arranging and realizing together a "plan de campagne" are the keywords for a successful co-operation.
In the course of which Résidence en Aquitaine will be watchful of your interests by means of her personal
presence and representation where and whenever it is needed (for example because of a lack of time or
fluency of the language).The contacts with agencies, the notary office, your architect or building
